Pentech -

Pentech was originally founded to fill a gap in the IP Communications market – to consider people and relationships just as importantly as process and structure. We use our people, their skills, experience, talent and integrity to think smart and deliver precisely the network communication solutions you need.

From our Wellington head office, we have established a national network team dedicated to forging outstanding working partner relationships with clients and our commitment to building and supporting those partnerships is unfailing.

Our responsiveness is second-to-none, decision-making taking place on the spot as our people work independently within our efficient, flexible, transparent and support-based company structure.

Our people are naturally our biggest asset in this relationship-focused environment and we concentrate on employing those who fit in terms of skills and personality, who think like we do and have the passion to add value to any project.

While an independent company, we partner with manufacturers and also work with other specialist service providers to provide end-to-end solutions.

If you think you have the skills, personality and motivation that we expect from our people, we want to hear from you.

We are particularly interested in people with skills in:

  • Great Customer Service
  • Analytical Thinking
  • Network Engineering
  • Network Design
  • Unified Communications
  • Wireless

Pentech has moved…

After four years of growth we have decided to move office in Wellington. Our old office was getting a little cramped and, frankly, it was a bit tired. So we've moved to a new office with enough space for now and the coming years.

We are now located on level 1, Radio Network House, 190 Taranaki Street.

We'd love to see you and show you our new office so feel free to pop in for a coffee.

Technology is people. And our new website reflects this…

Our new-look website, which we launched today, reflects the work we've undertaken in the last year to understand our business better, why we're here, where we want to go and, above all, what our clients current and future will expect from their communications supplier. Central to all of those things are, we believe, people and relationships. In our business and in your business.

While we're in an incredibly technical sector, technology is nothing without people – after all, the end user of technology is people. Whether we like it or not therefore, every one of us has a relationship with technology. Our people are here to help your people have the right relationship with technology – to choose what's appropriate, to use it more efficiently, securely and to its optimum potential. In turn, this allows them to connect and communicate with each other in the best and most appropriate way. To have better and more profitable business relationships.

So our business is first and foremost about human relationships – with technology and with each other. Which is why our people are the focus of this new website. Behind each of these people is a business called Pentech and a set of values that each of us understand and cherish:

• Integrity – delivering on commitment
• Responsiveness - delivering on time / in a timely fashion
• Thoroughness – start-to-finish ownership of detail
• Innovation – a free hand to apply creative thought as appropriate
• Passion – a drive to excel for us, for you

We employ our people not just because of their skills, but their attitude, their drive to commit to our business and their expected positive impact on our culture. We nurture relationships in our organisation to engender a sense of positive cohabitation – common aims, pulling together as one to ensure smart thinking and precise delivery. We're people with a passion for technology. For you.

We hope you enjoy the site. Please don't hesitate to tell us what you think.
